Each vehicle has a seating capacity of five passengers in their spacious interiors, with easy four-door entry. Known for a smooth ride and excellent steering and overall handling, the Concorde Sedans can also accommodate a sizeable amount of cargo - in fact, 18.7 cubic feet of cargo space is available.

Additionally, the Concorde LXi Sedan features traction control, which comes as a package on the base model. Both vehicles are fitted with child safety locks.

Taking a close look at mechanical specifications, the entry-level Concord LX sports a 2.7L engine with DOHC and a gratifying 200 horsepower, while the upper end Concord LXi lists a 3.7L engine with SOHC and an increase to a highly respectable 222 horsepower. Each model is equipped with sequential port fuel injection, four-speed automatic transmission, two-wheel front drive, and all-season touring tires. The fuel consumption rating is estimated at 19/28 (city/hwy) for the base model and 18/26 for the LXi model.

Finishing off with an extensive list of luxuries, both models include air conditioning, eight-way power driver’s seat, cruise/speed control, convenient keyless entry system, power door locks, dual power mirrors, and power windows. Adding to the impressive list, the Chrysler Concorde LXi the benefits of a theft deterrent system, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an AM/FM stereo with CD player (the latter is available as an option on the base model). The Concorde LXi is also graced with fine leather seating, which is given as an option on the base model.
