2002 Dodge Grand Caravan:
For years, the 2002 Dodge Grand
Caravan Passenger Van has been a steadfast power in
the passenger van market. Available in a wide range
of packages spanning several price ranges, it has been
a force to be reckoned with.
Six four-door models are offered
for the year 2002, each providing different levels of
performance, safety, and luxury features. Outlined here
are the Grand Caravan SE, Grand Caravan Sport, Grand
Caravan EX, Grand Caravan ES, Grand Caravan Sport AWD,
and Grand Caravan ES AWD.
The base model Dodge Grand Caravan
SE Passenger Van is equipped with a six-cylinder engine
with center of vee camshaft, 180 horsepower, and 210
lbs-ft of torque. The standard transmission is four-speed
automatic. This front wheel drive vehicle is fitted
with all-season SBR tires.
Each Grand Caravan SE has safety
features that range from ABS brakes to passenger depowered
air bag, driver depowered air bag, child safety locks,
and front and rear head restraints. Side impact air
bags are optional, and integrated child seats come as
a package.
As for comforts and conveniences,
the Grand Caravan SE seats seven passengers and is equipped
with a folding rear seat, air conditioning, and a rear
wiper. The rear door makes loading groceries and other
items easy.
A rear defroster, power door locks,
and an AM/FM stereo with CD player are all options.
